Aumtech's VoiceTracer to interface with SITA's WorldTracer
Aumtech Inc. and SITA have signed an Agreement, negotiated by Consult WA International, Aumtech's airline consulting partner for real time access to SITA's WorldTracer database by VoiceTracer™ an interactive voice response (IVR) application developed by Aumtech.

Aer Lingus deploys Aumtech's VoiceTracer™ to enhance lost baggage customer service and improve productivity
Aer Lingus has deployed Aumtech's VoiceTracer solution to improve productivity in its Call Centers and Lost Baggage Department. Aer Lingus is Aumtech's second customer for VoiceTracer, after Hawaiian Airlines, which went live in March.
VoiceTracer, marketed by Consult WA International, (www.consultwa.com), Aumtech's airline consulting partner, works with SITA's WorldTracer baggage management solution to provide automated responses to passenger inquiries about the status of their lost baggage.

Lost Baggage Management Solution to be launched in the Americas by Consult WA and SkyAssist
Effective January 1st 2004, Sky Assist and Consult WA International have entered a 3 year Distribution Agreement for Sky Assist’s leading edge Baggage Management Solution, BagAssist.
BagAssist, a web-based solution running on top of SITA’s WorldTracer Management, will be marketed in the Americas by Consult WA International to ground handlers and airlines that manage their own baggage handling.

Hawaiian Airlines selects VoiceTracer from Aumtech to enhance customer service and improve productivity in baggage handling
Keeping passengers abreast of progress in the recovery of their mishandled baggage is key to customer satisfaction and service recovery. Aumtech has created a fully automated telephone interface, called VoiceTracer to facilitate the processing of customer inquiries for baggage status.
